Are you licensed?
Yes. We're fully licensed for residential and commercial painting work in NSW and insured. Licence details are available on request.
Do you do commercial painting as well as homes?
Yes – offices, shops and shopfits, strata common areas, warehouses and industrial sites, schools and childcare centres, as well as houses, terraces and apartments.
Which areas do you cover?
Bayside, St George and the Inner West – from Brighton-Le-Sands, Kogarah, Rockdale and Hurstville up through Arncliffe, Tempe, Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, Petersham, Stanmore, Ashfield, Summer Hill and Haberfield.
Do painters need a licence in NSW?
Yes, for residential painting work worth more than $5,000 (labour and materials, incl. GST) a NSW contractor licence is required, along with a written contract and a deposit of no more than 10%. Since 2015, stand-alone interior painting contracts don't need a licence unless they're part of other home building work.
How much does it cost to paint a house in the Inner West?
Published 2026 Sydney guides put a single-storey 3-bedroom exterior at roughly $3,500–$12,000 depending on surface and condition, with period and Victorian homes often $12,000–$20,000+. A full 3-bedroom interior is about $6,500–$11,000. We'll give you a written, itemised quote after inspection.
